Year 7 Entry – September 2027

Thank you to all the families who have applied for a Year 7 place at Coloma Convent Girls' School for September 2027. We are delighted that you have considered Coloma as the next step in your daughter's educational journey and look forward to welcoming our new Year 7 students into the Coloma community.

Admissions for September 2027

The deadline for submitting the Admissions Administration Document for September 2027 entry was Friday 31 October 2026 and has now passed.

We welcome applications from families across our community, regardless of faith or background. Where applications exceed the number of places available, places are allocated in accordance with the oversubscription criteria set out in our Admissions Policy.

How to Accept Your School Place

Following National Offer Day in March, we encourage all families to accept the school place offered to their daughter as soon as possible.

We understand that choosing the right secondary school is an important decision. Whether you have been offered a place at Coloma or are hoping for a place through our waiting list or admissions appeal process, it is important to secure your daughter's school place for September.

Accepting an offered place does not affect your child's position on a waiting list or the outcome of an admissions appeal. It simply ensures that your daughter has a school place secured for September while any further admissions requests are considered.

How to accept your offer

Please accept the place offered to your daughter through your Local Authority's eAdmissions portal, following the instructions provided with your offer.

Hoping for a place at Coloma?

If you have not been offered a place at Coloma, there may still be an opportunity to join our school community.

If you previously applied for a place at Coloma:

If Coloma was a higher preference than the school you have been offered, your daughter will automatically be added to our waiting list by the Local Authority.
If Coloma was a lower preference, please contact your Local Authority and ask for your daughter to be added to Coloma's waiting list.

If you did not previously apply to Coloma:

You will need to contact your Local Authority to request that your daughter is added to our waiting list. You will also need to complete a Coloma Admissions Administration Document so that we have all the relevant information required to consider your application.

Please be aware that further offers for Year 7 cannot normally be made until Coloma has received confirmation from the Local Authorities of the outcomes of all offers made on National Offer Day. This information is usually received after the Easter holidays.
